How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental United States. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for cushions and pillows?
We offer a 30-day sleep trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition.
Are Cushion Lab products machine washable?
Most of our products feature removable covers that are machine washable on a cold, gentle cycle. We recommend air drying to maintain the integrity of the fabric and foam.
What materials are used in your ergonomic designs?
We use high-density, CertiPUR-US certified memory foam infused with cooling gel, wrapped in breathable, hypoallergenic fabrics to ensure both support and comfort.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations soon.
Is there a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Cushion Lab products come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.
